job description

This position will offer you the chance to work in a high performing team on monthly Executive and Board performance reports whilst developing performance frameworks and reporting on the organisation’s key initiatives and overall strategy.

This will offer you performance reporting exposure to Ministerial level, the chance to work collaboratively with a variety of senior level stakeholders, as they look to refresh their performance reporting and pull together the organisation's performance story in a 9 month fixed-term position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Play the lead role in providing high quality information to monthly executive and board performance reports.
  • Contribute to the development of the Organisation’s Statement of Intent and Annual Report, effectively partnering with the teams Principal Advisor, alongside developing and preparing key external accountability documents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and templates to deliver quality performance reporting on time .
  • Pull together the story of performance from across the organisation, whilst co-ordinating the their annual report in line with this story.
  • Have the ability to tell the organisation’s performance story to Senior Leaders and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant background in Analytics, Writing, Finance or similar.
  • Experience of performance reporting within a large commercial or public sector environment.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with proven experience of working with senior stakeholders collaboratively in order to tell a coherent story.
