job description

As a Community Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for the delivery of home and community-based services for our customers. You will lead and manage clinical and support teams to ensure high quality service delivery to the people we support in the community.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver appropriate clinically led, person-centric care to customers
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their interests are met.
  • Actively manage the development and growth of community-based services·
  • Build and maintain an engaged, cohesive and high performing team across the services you lead
  • Display and promote the values of the business in everything that you say and do
  • Place the customer at the centre of everything we do, being mindful of the changing support that our customers need
  • Work with clinical leaders to deliver clinically led models of service for home and community clients



To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be experienced in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectors
  • Have a clinical qualification, with current and on-going clinical registration in a health-related discipline is desirable
  • Have experience in leading the delivery of clinical services and products
  • Have Financial and budget management experience
  • Be passionate and have expertise for working collaboratively and developing skills in others
  • Display excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligence
  • Have an understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how these can be applied
  • Have a love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficult
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills, with project management experience
  • Display Sound judgement and a high level of integrity
