The ideal candidate

  • Clear credit record is a pre-requisite
  • Full working rights
  • Ability to commence as soon as possible
  • At least 1 years experience in service or help desk (level 1)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Top notch communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Diploma in IT or related experience

Other important aspects of this role is the ability to pay high attention to detail. You will be approachable yet professional, patient and customer focussed. A sound technical ability and knowledge is required.
