We have an exciting permanent opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career in IT.

This level one helpdesk role sits within a well-known Wellington organization.

The Role;

  • Internal IT Support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Software Configuration
  • Hardware Roll Outs

As well as internal training and development you will also be part of a great, collaborative team environment.

About you:

  • Confidence working in busy environments
  • IT Troubleshooting Experience
  • Level 1 IT Helpdesk Exposure
  • IT Certification desirable but not necessary
  • Strong team attributes and customer focus
  • Resilience and can-do attitude.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things & improve your skills

Must have:

  • Knowledge and Experience of Windows Systems
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • New Zealand Residency/Unrestricted Work Rights
