We have an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career in IT.

This level one helpdesk role sits within a well-known organization and they are looking for someone to start immediately on an 8 week temporary contract.

The Role;

  • Internal IT Support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Software Configurations
  • Hardware Roll Outs
  • Customer Service
  • Remote logins

About you:

  • Strong team attributes and customer focus
  • Confident working in busy environments
  • IT Troubleshooting Experience
  • Level 1 IT Helpdesk Exposure
  • IT Certification desirable but not necessary
  • Resilience and enthusiasm
  • MUST have remote access experience & Active Directory

Must have:

  • Knowledge and Experience of Windows Systems
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Customer Service

You must have Unrestricted Work Rights and be available to start immediately. You MUST hve 2 positive employer references and a clear MOJ.
