Have you just finished studying a bachelor in Information Technology now looking to grow your technical support experience within a customer centric environment? Are you passionate about technology and your service delivery? This could be the role for you!

About the role:

Fundamentally this role involves;

  • Customer service
  • Answering inbound inquiries over the phone and via email
  • Troubleshooting
  • Providing level one technical support
  • Supportive team environment
  • $45,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday rotating roster

About You:

  • Experience in Windows 10 and networking systems
  • A genuine passion for IT and delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Open to long term work visions
  • Right to work in New Zealand
