Calling all experienced Site Administrators! Do you have experience working within the construction industry and have a proven track record in an administrative role? If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you!

Our client, a very well recognised construction company are looking to recruit their next valuable team member! With recent growth within the business, they require a Project/ Site Administrator to support their busy Project team. This is a temporary assignment with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

This role requires someone who can support the needs of a hardworking team while ensuring administration tasks are completed to a high standard.

Some of your main responsibilities will include

  • Site reception duties
  • General administration support to Project Managers/Quantity Surveyor
  • Collating of purchase orders
  • Organising meetings with subcontractors, clients and project managers
  • Order stationary and general site supplies
  • Recording meeting minutes

You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously, towards deadlines
  • Well developed organisational and time management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

To be successful you will have NZ Residency or have a valid NZ work visa. All applicants must have a Full drivers licence and have a car.
