site manager in Auckland

Role available as a Site Manager with an immediate start date. This position is paying a salary between $110,000 – $120,000 and vehicle and is based in Auckland.

One of Auckland’s established Commercial Construction Companies is looking to bring on a new Site Manager for their ever growing high density housing program. You will be joining a company with a proven track record of delivering high quality apartments.

This role is centred around the site management of 3 story walk up & 5-7 story apartment blocks. Previous Site Management experience in apartment projects in New Zealand is essential for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Site Manager in 3 story walk up or apartment projects
• Experience scheduling, programming, client liaison, running PCG meetings as well as full site management responsibilities.
• Able to take a project from civil services/excavation through to client handover
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of timber & concrete construction
• Knowledge of contract builds using NZS 3910
• Ability to manage all OHS on site
• Ability to use MS project or similar project management software
• LBP is preferable, but not essential
