    Great role available as a Site Manager with an immediate start date. This position is paying a salary up to $80k plus vehicle and is based in North West Auckland.

    One of New Zealands most established and well known residential housing companies are looking to bring on a new Site Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone currently on the tools, looking for career progression in to a management role. You will be joining a company with a proven track record of delivering high quality residential projects.

    You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a residential Foreman (or more senior) in New Zealand.

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in the residential construction industry
    • Experience in taking projects from foundations to completion
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in residential terraces, duplexes and/or 3 storey walk ups
    • Trade Qualification is essential
    • Understanding of build schedules
