The role is with a leading kiwi business who is at the forefront of innovation within its industry. Having evolved their business with the adoption of AI and automation this business needs a leader to manage key projects managing a team of 10 developers and specialists.

About the role

  • You’ll drive business and technical change having the autonomy to create a leading technical environment.
  • Part of and interacting with the Senior Management team, together shaping the business and technical direction.
  • Close management of employees ensuring a clear vision and strategy is communicated.
  • Process management and improvement.
  • Assist in providing technical guidance to the development teams

Skills and experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Change management and process improvement experience
  • Web and integration experience
  • Commercial use of Azure or AWS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to think holistically about a project and users needs
  • Attention to detail and quality
