Solutions Architect (Integration/Cloud) - Contract
- Leading Kiwi organisation going through a large digital transformation
- 6-12 month contract, extension very possible

This leading Government organisation is looking for a skilled Solutions Architect in the Integration and Cloud space. Working closely with the Capability Lead and HO Architecture as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work across a number of initiatives providing the following deliverables and activities:
- Solution Options analysis
- Solution Design documents (High level and Detail level)
- Review and assist with project briefs, requirements and business cases
- QA statements of work
- Discussion documents
- Technical vendor management during project delivery
- Technical guidance to vendors and project teams
- Be the project manager’s “right hand” in regards to technical leadership and problem resolution
Must haves:
- High level of Application based technical knowledge and modelling skills - Power Apps etc.
- Strong background in Systems Integration - D365/Sharepoint etc.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, ideally Azure
- Have been a Solutions Architect for at least one year (preferably longer)
- Strong communications ability – both verbal and written – You'll need to be able to stand up confidently in front of a business owner and explain your rationale and decision making
- Able to prescribe the design to be built - not just work in an oversight role with vendors
- Self-starter, results driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong technical skills and ability to provide detailed technical analysis
- Excellent forward planning and multi-tasking skills, comfortable working on concurrent projects
- Ability to deal with pressure and a changing environment in a calm and professional manner
- Knowledge of security controls and systems
On offer: Competitive hourly rate - Auckland CBD office location - 2-3 days remote working - Initial 6-12 month contract with a good chance of extension throughout 2023 - ASAP start - Weekly pay
