The role:
I’m seeking a talented DevOps or SRE Engineer eager to advance their career into a leadership role, or an experienced leader ready to embrace a new challenge.
In this role, you will manage and inspire a team of DevOps/ SRE Engineers, blending hands-on technical work with strategic team development. You'll play a crucial role in driving key initiatives, enhancing infrastructure security and scalability, and collaborating across departments. If you’re passionate about leading by example while fostering team growth and innovation, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the SRE/ DevOps team and continuously grow a positive, value-driven team culture.
- Oversee the software infrastructure, platforms, applications and enhance the performance and their quality, develop and integrate CI/CD and automation tools.
- Conduct comprehensive system tests for security, performance, and availability.
Skills needed:
- Proven experience in leading SRE or DevOps teams.
- Strong software development experience with Java or .Net or, Python or, similar.
- delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions.
- IaC, CI/CD, AWS or Azure, Docker
