The Strategic Finance Partner will shape financial strategy, guide key business decisions, and enhance overall financial performance. This role involves long-term financial planning, strategic initiatives, and collaboration with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial planning and strategy development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial planning with strategic initiatives and investments.
- Provide timely financial reporting and insights to enhance decision-making and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance organizational credibility.
Skills and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Extensive experience in strategic financial planning and business partnering.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in conveying financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with public sector financial management and a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
