Randstad Technologies are on the lookout for a graduate support engineer that has a passion for working within a progressive and forward thinking business. This is an organisation that has found niche market when it comes to supporting the Atlassian suit of products, and work in both a product based and managed services model. They work with some of the biggest companies around New Zealand to provide training, product consulting and product support to both government and enterprise level clients.


  • Manage 2nd level support requests via JIRA Service Desk
  • Customer-facing problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Use in-house expertise to build up support knowledge base
  • Liaise with Atlassian support and 3rd party vendors
  • Improve and manage support procedures

This is an organisation who really put their customers first. When consulting with businesses around their core product, they also have the ability to take product based feedback onboard, and internally develop add-ons. This means the business to utilise the products in the most business efficient way.


As someone with a BSc in IT- We're looking for smart and talent junior support engineers that have a passion for growing their profession in a DevOps model. We want to see people that talk about their tech curiosity and ambitions moving forward.
