We are proud to be working with a large and well known Ministry that truly does make a difference in what they do!

Our client is currently seeking a part time Administration Officer who ideally has public sector experience and is process driven.

As a part time Administrator, working 4 days per week, specific duties will consist of:

  • Inbox management using Microsoft Outlook
  • Interacting with customers by email and telephone
  • Answering general queries
  • Processing applications

The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate the following:

  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to learn
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (testing will be conducted as part of the interview process)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2 year administration experience

This role is permanent working 5 hours across 4 days per week. Our client will offer you a welcoming and supportive team where development is encouraged.
