    We are excited to be working alongside this Crown Entity who are looking for experienced administrators to provide high quality administrative support.

    about the role

    This is a permanent full time role where you will be working alongside a team of administrators within the Legal Support Team.

    This rewarding role offers plenty of variety and challenge, along with the chance to work with a diverse group of people where you will be responsible for:

    • Preparing, managing and coordinating legal documentation and court memos
    • Transcription and dictation
    • Diary and calendar management
    • Making travel arrangements & accommodation
    • Assist with reports and presentations
    • Invoicing

    about you

    We’d like to hear from you if you have experience with providing quality administrative support in a busy environment and can demonstrate or have experience in the following:

    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilities
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
    • Clear communication skills
    • Competent MS Office skills
    • Accurate typing, formatting and proofreading skills.
