Team Leader - After Hours Service Centre

We are excited to welcome a motivated Team Leader to lead from the front. You will have a passion for coaching and mentoring a team and creating a strong team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of New Zealand’s leading healthcare organisation’s. We are looking for exceptional Contact Centre Team Leaders who are passionate about making a difference for Kiwis around New Zealand.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and drive the culture of delivering exceptional customer service and continuous improvement through the customer service team
  • Manage the performance and development of your team to ensure they are able to provide the level of customer service required, in accordance with the strategy and values of the organisation.
  • Developing close working relationships internally and externally
  • Driving company values, policies & procedures
  • Driving the team performance and maintaining high service levels
  • Ensure that your team are managing calls in a compliant way

What you need to be successful:

  • At least 4 years experience in a contact centre environment
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between Monday - Sunday. 6am - 9:30 pm
  • Knowledge of the health industry
  • The ability to drive results and create a strong team culture
  • Experience with leading or managing a team in customer service
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Passionate for the learning and development of your team
  • Leading your team by example, living the company values and vision
