We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join this high performing team. You must be driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients and are keen to work in a vibrant, changing environment.

Reporting into the Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer/client SLAs are being met, delivers quality service to our customers, continuously seeks quality improvements, managing a team, daily reporting and ensuring team and individual targets are being delivered to.

Accountabilities

In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders – internal and external
  • Ensure accuracy in monthly reporting
  • Representing the company's products and services to your customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Attainment of a high standard of customer service / relations
  • Assists the manager with daily operation of the call centre to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

  • 2 plus yrs strong proven team leader and people management experience
  • Background in call centre/retail or hospitality
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent results
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal - ability to articulate to any level within the business
  • The natural ability to build customer/client relationships
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Demonstrate resilience and motivation
  • Natural ability to problem solve
  • Clean criminal and credit history
  • Be able to pass a full medical and drug test
