Ready for your next challenge in a leadership position? We have an exciting customer service team leader opportunity available, working for a global organisation.

The Role:

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will be leading a high performing team. You main responsibilities as follows;

  • Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monthly reporting
  • Attain high standard of customer service/relations
  • Assist Manager with daily operations of call centre
  • recruitment , training, scheduling, and reward/recognition

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • 2 years + experience in a people management role
  • Background in call centre/retail, or hospitality
  • Clear communication both written and verbal.
  • Problem solver, resilient, and motivated
  • Full, clean NZ drivers license
  • Be able to pass a full medical and drug test

This role will be from Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
