The Opportunity:

This is a fantasitc opportunity for someone who is is looking for the next step up in their career. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Training/coaching team members
  • Implementing faster processes
  • Recruitment
  • Provide coaching around upselling, and call quality

You, the ideal employee:

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following competencies;

  • Experience with mentoring, coaching staff within a contact centre environment
  • 5 years experience within a contact centre
  • Great communication
  • Tailor you language/approach to different personalities
  • Be autonomous, and willing to get into the nitty gritty
  • NZ Citizen or Perm Resident

Please note that you do not have to be a team leader, but must have the ability and experience to step into this role.
