The Company:
Our client, a leading tech services company across Australia and New Zealand, is on the lookout for customer service representatives with an innate ability to build rapport and problem-solve. Surrounded by a supportive team with on-going training, you are set up to succeed!

The Role:

  • Ongoing part-time contract
  • Friday - Monday
  • 20 hours a week, fixed shifts
  • $23 per hour plus 8% holiday pay

As a Technical Support Representative you will be;

  • First point of contact, diagnosing, resolving or escalating customer queries
  • Logging incidents into a service management database
  • Providing level 1 service desk support
  • Diagnosis and implement short term fixes and escalation for second level support as required
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed and the system is accurately maintained
  • Follow up and/or escalate cases where required
  • Maintain a knowledge base recording problems and known error data, resolutions and workarounds.

Sound like you?

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and a passion for all things tech! In addition to this, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service and contact centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong systems knowledge and understanding of processes
  • Top-notch problem-solving skills
  • Clear criminal history and ability to pass a credit check
  • NZ residency
