We are currently on the lookout for experienced customer service representatives that have always wanted to break into the IT field!

The Company:

Our client, a leading tech company, is on the lookout for customer service representatives with the innate ability to build rapport and have a knack for problem-solving. Surrounded by a supportive team with on-going training, you are set up to succeed!

The role:

  • Ongoing temporary contract
  • First point of contact, diagnosing and resolving or escalating customer queries.
  • Log incidents into a service management database and provide first point of contact and level 1 service desk support for all calls.
  • Diagnosis and implementation of short term fixes and escalation for second level support as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed and call-logging system is accurately maintained for all incidents and service requests logged.
  • Follow up and/or escalate cases where required.
  • Maintain a knowledge base recording problems and known error data, resolutions and workarounds.

Sound like you?

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and a passion for all things tech! In addition to this, you must have:

  • Outstanding customer interactions
  • A minimum of 12 months in a contact centre environment
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Top-notch problem solving skills
  • A clear criminal history and ability to pass a credit check
