    Our client is a market leader when it comes to air conditioning and heat pump systems within New Zealand and internationally. They have an opening in their team for an experienced service technician to join their Auckland office. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and move off the tools into a support position.

    The Job


    • General support of company heat pump products to the New Zealand market.
    • General management of technical support within Aucland and around NZ
    • Support Service Agents with spare parts selection assistance and technical service and commissioning support via phone, fax or email.
    • Manage the administration of warranty claims with Dealers and Service providers..
    • Demonstrate operation of control systems to end users and installation/service contractors as required.
    • Maintain an up to date database of the commissioning reports.

    The Person

    As the successful candidate you will

    • Have sound knowledge and experience with VRF and inverter product
    • Have strong account management and relationship skills.
    • Be organised and have the ability to manage your own work schedule
    • Hold a National Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning level 4
    • Have an Electrical Service Technician Licence
