The Role

As a Technical Support Analyst you will act as the first port of call for any support issues from the development and QA teams. My managing and prioritising tickets logged you will analyse and resolve and issues as well as reviewing any repeating issues to flag to the development teams. You will assign and work alongside these teams to remedy the issue.

Working alongside the development teams you will assist with rail testing and resolution as well as monitoring application infrastructure, application logging and deploying and testing BAU fixes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a hands on support role
  • Supporting enterprise software or B2B support role
  • Supporting integrated systems with ability to connect the dots
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with incident management, raising and closing tickets escalating where required
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS services
  • Prior experience with Mongo, Postman, SQL and Jira is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and SLA's with little supervision
  • Ability to Identify and escalate more complex issues and working with the wider business to get them resolved.
