job description

  • 6 month hourly contact
  • ASAP Start
  • CBD location

Role:

  • Manage all incidents and requests within Service Level Agreements, providing timely and detailed updates to users as appropriate.
  • Take ownership of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents and reports.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of ITIL principles, in particular incident, request and problem management in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to write and talk about technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.

Due to nature of the requirement you should be Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen in order to be eligible for application.

You must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate New Zealand Government Security clearance
