job description

  • 6 month contract – Hourly contract (high chance for extensions)
  • HR/ Payroll testing experience
  • Wellington CBD

Skills:

Detail oriented Test Manager for End to End test management of HR/Payroll program with following skills:

Effective Test Planning / Test Management /Test reporting skills.

Good working experience in SAP Success Factors.

Strong stakeholder management / test planning / test design / defect management skills.

System Integration/ Data Migration / End to End UAT , OAT and NFR test management experience.

Hands on experience and ability to define test scope / test approach / review test scenarios – Functional / Non functional , review test outcome.

Duties :

Test Strategy and Test Plan(s) / Test Reports

E2E Test Management for System Integration Testing / Data Migration/NFR and UAT test phases including below :

  • Defect management /Defect Triage.
  • Test planning / test reporting / identifying test risks /issues and escalating with the project. .Attending key project meetings, working with key stakeholders.
  • Defining test scope/ approach /quality gates and ensuring required test coverage and test execution.
  • Creating test design / reviewing test scenarios.
  • Co-ordinating SIT /NFR /UAT test execution involving multiple vendors and Project teams.
  • Ensuring organisation test processes and test standards have been followed.
  • Work closely with the Vendor team to ensure quality deliverables.
