What am I applying to?

An early childhood centre based in the heart of Mount Wellington in Auckland is looking for their next under 2's teacher. Just a stones throw away from Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, this is an opportunity that will be snapped up quickly so I reccommend to move hastily if you are interested!

The centre has a team of 5 teachers and currrently sitting at 80% qualified teachers to ensure high quality standards.

The opening hours are a 7.30am open and a 5.30pm close - which gives you time to shoot over to the mall when Thursday late night shopping rolls around!

The philosophy is driven by the needs of the children and place children at the heart of everything they do by ensuring they enjoy a nurturing environment where they can develop at their own pace. Building relationships with parents, whanu and the community is an important foundation this centre has set in place.

Licensed for 40 children, an external mentor for teachers and a flat structure in their company culture this is an opportunity that doesn't come around often.

About the role
