We have vaccine advisor opportunities available in a nationwide team across New Zealand. Working within a government organisation, this is the perfect role for someone with strong customer service skills and someone looking to further develop their call centre experience.

The role:

  • Taking inbound calls from the public dealing with the COVID 19 vaccine.
  • Booking, rescheduling and cancelling vaccine appointments
  • Giving general advice and answering general queries regarding the vaccine.
  • Currently, the role is for a minimum of 3 months potential until the end of June.
  • $22 per hour
  • Immediate start

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have call centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can show empathy and understanding
  • Easily build relationships and trust with people.
