FNZC is a leading national Wealth Management and Investment Banking firm, which prides itself of being one of the most trusted advisors in NZ. They are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to start immediately.

This fantastic opportunity will allow you to work within a team-oriented and high-performing culture where you will be empowered to take ownership and ensure the efficient running of the Wealth division on a day-today basis.

A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant will include (but is not limited to):

  • Liaising with clients
  • Ensuring client information is up to date and accurate
  • Managing the recall process
  • Mail management
  • Event coordination
  • Reporting
  • Professional Telephone Support
  • Reception back up

The successful candidate will be proactive, work effectively within a team, have excellent organisational skills and be client focused. You will have the ability to manage a busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude, which is key to the success in this permanent role.

Ideal applicants would:

  • Be willing to pick up any tasks required both small and complex
  • Have at least 1 years experience in a similar position
  • Have an interest in the finance world or a relevant qualification
  • Have excellent customer service and problem solving ability
  • Be able to quickly absorb new information
  • Be accurate in the information that is communicated
  • Enjoy working with a close team and be confident in working within required timeframes

Attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products are also essential attributes.
