WordPress Developer

Responsibilities:
As a WordPress Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user-centric design.
- Implement new features and functionality, leveraging WordPress frameworks, plugins, and APIs to enhance user experiences.
- Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring seamless functionality and design consistency.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, marketing and project management teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring brand alignment across digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues while adhering to best security practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, security protocols, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s web assets current and secure.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years minimum experience as a full-stack WordPress Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and core WordPress functions.
- Hands-on experience with custom theme and plugin development and integration.
- Familiarity with front-end coding frameworks, including SASS, jQuery, and responsive web design principles.
- Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and WordPress optimization practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, ensuring optimal site performance and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
