We are on the search for a Workforce planner/analyst who is looking for the next step in their career.

What you will be doing:

    • Leading the delivery of a suite of relevant and high-quality reporting and training to enable self-service insights across the Contact Centre and related business units, bringing your best practice storytelling and clever visualization expertise to improve the comprehension of insights

    • Working collaboratively with key customers to understand and effectively prioritise the provision of information, analysis, and insights, according to business priorities and member value

    • Assist in developing new tools/insights and analysis and set the benchmark for the organisation in terms of delivery

    • You will guide the operations teams providing tactical support and supply strategic recommendations to surpass operational delivery targets.

    • You will be system savvy and support and administer Omni channel systems to the wider business and have a focus on innovation and continuous improvement in everything we do

    • Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and trust amongst the team.

  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Who we're looking for:

  • You will bring experience of the delivery of high-quality analysis, insights and recommendations to meet customer needs and enable business leaders in their decision-making.

Your experience and skills:

  • 3 years Work Force Management experience

  • Business related qualifications (mathematics, statistics) and/ or learning demonstrating expertise, curiosity, a thirst for knowledge and growth

  • Competent in Excel, Power BI (or similar)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, able to translate complex concepts into an easy to understand format

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Works independently and can equally excel as a collaborator within a team
