An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join our successful Business Support -Assessment Centre team in Auckland. In this role you will be responsible for providing your clients with specialist recruitment solutions by building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving recruitment delivery.

About your role

• Proactively engaging with your clients to understand their recruitment needs to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned
• Developing and refining client processes and procedures
• Responsible for liaising with the Randstad delivery team to make sure vacancies are filled to a high standard
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions needed to streamline work-flow and increased operating efficiency
• Ongoing account development and up-selling
• Managing ad-hoc project based compliance and reporting to benefit the smooth running of the client accounts
