Your new role

Our Accounting, Banking and Finance team in Wellington are looking for a hardworking and passionate individual who is looking to kick start their career in recruitment. As an associate recruitment consultant you will be supporting and learning from senior members of the team, placing candidates into both permanent and contract positions across the Senior Accounting, Banking & Finance market. This team consists of some of the top performing consultants in the country who are willing to share their recruitment knowledge and build the team to be the best they can be.

This is a great opportunity for you to use your administration and communication skills in a position that you can really make your own, within a high performing team.

Your day to day activities will include

• Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals.
  
• Ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands
  
• Searching for and screening candidates
  
• Working towards individual and team activity targets
  
• Administrative duties such as uploading candidates to databases, preparing CV's for submission and much more.
