Your new role

Join our Procurement team - a division that sits within our very successful Accounting, Banking, and Finance team in Wellington. You will be joining at an exciting time of growth. We are looking for a hardworking and passionate individual who is looking to kick start or further develop their career in recruitment. As an associate recruitment consultant, you will be supporting senior members of the team, helping to place candidates into both permanent and contract positions across the Procurement market in Wellington. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the full candidate experience and as you grow into the role you will ultimately take responsibility for your portion of the market. The Accounting, Banking, and Finance team consists of some of the top performing consultants in the country who are willing to share their recruitment knowledge and build the team to be the best they can be.

Your day to day activities will include

  • Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals.
  • Ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands
  • Searching for and screening candidates
  • Working towards individual and team activity targets
  • Administrative duties such as uploading candidates to databases, preparing CV's for submission and much more.
