The role

Reporting to the General Manager for Randstads's Client Solutions team, you will set up for success from day one with support and guidance on where and how to quickly build your client base. You will be selling recruitment solutions to clients across various different industries across the Wellington location.

You will have a number of existing clients to build from and partner with, your efforts will be largely centered around connecting with businesses to understand their challenges, providing them with novel recruitment solutions based on proven diagnostics.
