The Randstad Commercial team is looking for a candidate manager to join our Christchurch team of experienced, dedicated, and forward-thinking specialised consultants.

You will be joining a small team in our Christchurch office, where you will be supported and welcomed from the start. We pride ourselves on developing people, and ensuring that you have the right tools and environment to achieve.

This role will challenge you to source the best quality talent, build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates and look after day-to-day admin tasks to support the front office consultants.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A background in a similar industry, or high paced customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable working within the G Suite and various CRM systems
  • A drive to always achieve the best outcome
  • Have the ability to manage your time efficiently and find better ways of doing tasks
