Client Solutions Coordinator

The function of the Client Solutions team is to support the Randstad New Zealand business to grow and meet our ambition to be a top 3 player in the 5 key verticals in which we operate. Your role as the Client Solutions Coordinator is a pivotal one and acts as a bridge between Sales and Operations. You will enable the Business Development team to spend as much time as possible with our customers, providing them value, insights, reports and market data which positions us as a true market leader.

One of the key tasks will be to help develop bid and tender responses using our extensive content library along with creating/curating bespoke content. You will own the client onboarding and contract implementation and help ensure we meet our client promises.

You will support our customers and internal stakeholders to use our range of HR Technology, delivering upon our brand promise to be a Human Forward organisation. You role will also include gathering NPS data and using that information to identify ways to improve our delivery.

You'll be a high performer with excellent attention to detail, who can work with urgency and take ownership of your work. You'll use your initiative and will be capable of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be resilient and task-focused, organised, a great communicator.

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must – both written and verbal
  • Experience working with contracts coordination and administration
  • Project coordination/management skills
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Computer/technology savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and the Google suite (Gmail and drive)
  • Driven, self-motivated and self-directed
  • Friendly and supportive personality
  • Ability to work under pressure, is organised and able to multi-task efficiently
  • High attention to detail
