job description

I am recruiting for my client who is seeking a Early Childhood Centre Manager based in Mount Albert, New Zealand.

They are looking for a centre manager who is:

  • Looking to be part of a small team
  • Passionate about children
  • A Leader
  • Keen to drive a centre to success
  • ECE Registered Teacher and fully qualified

PREVIOUS CENTRE MANAGER OR 2IC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

About the centre:

This is a privately owned centre with a huge private playground and a team of professional teachers. Their philosophy is “child led through play”. They provide service to children from age 0 – 5 years old.

This opportunity has just become available due to the growth of this centre, they have just acquired licence to have up to 90 children. They want a centre manager to help them drive to provide the best future for their children.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

  • Manage a team of qualified permanent teachers
  • Assist teachers with registration
  • Organise staffing and recruitment
  • Administration
  • Help the centre with growth and reach their potential
