Looking to start your career in Recruitment? This could be the opportunity for you! Randstad Wellington is looking to add a Junior Recruitment Consultant to their local team in a high-volume, fast-paced position.

This is a 180-degree recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining a high-quality pool of talented candidates - you’ll be working alongside another consultant to ensure the best placement for every role that comes your way! Daily responsibilities include writing job ads, pre-screening candidates, organizing interviews, and a variety of other duties as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Professional presentation and attire
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • The ability to work within a team, as well as individually
  • Previous experience in a office environment, sales, or recruitment would be beneficial, but not necessary
