This is a great opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the construction industry!

As the face of the company you will be responsible for

  • First point of contact for the organisation
  • Answering phones, arranging meetings and setting up conference rooms
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Scanning, filling and general office duties
  • Providing Support to the administration team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist isn't essential but someone who has experience in customer service
  • Great communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to Liaise with employees at all levels
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and professional individual
  • Immediately available
