Randstad Christchurch is growing, and we’re now looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team! If you can source top quality candidates, multitask like a rockstar, and strike a balance between account management and business development - we want to hear from you!

This fast-paced position will have you seeking out new clients, maintaining existing relationships, finding exceptional talent, and leveraging your creative mindset to discover better and more efficient ways to achieve your goals.

A background in business support, contact centres, or telesales would be highly beneficial, but not required.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Previous sales or recruitment background
  • Solid business sense, nuance, and presentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident and professional approach
  • Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
