Here at Randstad, we truly believe meaningful work changes lives and creates brighter futures for all! With that in mind we are looking for an Associate Consultant - Consultant for our Accounting, Banking & Financial Services team in Wellington.

In this role you will firstly receive a structured learning program that will support you to develop or improve on your recruitment experience. At the same time you will also start supporting consultants in the team with live projects and pieces of work. The range of activities you will be involved with will focus on engaging and managing candidates initially, then work across our client network.

We are looking to add to our team as soon as possible, so we are looking for highly engaging people that have a passion for business, people and delivering great service. You may be degree educated in an area that touches on people and recruitment or you may have already started your career in another environment, but have some transferable skills?
