Looking to gain experience in recruitment with an international business? Wanting to add value to a high-performing team? Wanting to further develop your recruitment experience in a fast-paced, volume team. With accounts across a number of different industries, this is the perfect role to gain more recruitment experience. This is a fast-paced role suited to an organized, enthusiastic recruitment coordinator looking to gain further experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Casual pool maintenance
  • Onboarding of temps
  • Building relationships with candidates pre and post-employment
  • Completing references and other pre-employment checks
  • Timesheeting and payroll processes
  • Assessment center assistance
  • Responding to email queries
  • General recruitment administration
  • Temp candidate care

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven recruitment or administration experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a team-based outlook
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite and ability to pick up new systems
