ABF Senior Consultant

Do you have previous experience in recruitment - specifically in Accounting or Finance? Are you looking to take on more responsibility, but your current role isn't giving you the chance? Maybe you're not being recognized or rewarded for the efforts you're putting in, and now you're looking to make a change?

Randstad Auckland is now looking for an accomplished recruiter to join our team - If you have the knowledge and experience to bring to the table, we want to have a chat with you today! We are flexible on the hours you work.

This position will cover the full recruitment process (from candidate management up to buyer retention), but the main responsibility will be to ensure growth in existing and prospective clients. You'll be accountable for developing business relationships across the board, while still maintaining a steady stream of solid candidate placements.

* Previous recruitment experience
* Working knowledge and/or understanding of the accounting, banking, and finance sector
* A hunger and drive to achieve more
* The ability to take the initiative and push for more
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
