Our Technology Division is our fastest growing division and services clients and candidates New Zealand wide on a permanent, fixed term or contract basis.

About the job;

The specialist consultants within this team are leading experts in a range of specific technology verticals including, Project Services, Change Management, Infrastructure, Development, IT Sales, Architecture. We are now looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to support take over a warm desk within the government space.

Your duties include but not limited to;



* General Recruitment and search services for permanent & contract roles
* Building relationships in your industry with business leaders/hiring managers
* Managing the life cycle of role brief to placement.
* Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects.
* Negotiating terms of business with clients.
* Source candidates through various sourcing methods
* Networking in your field of expertise to make sure you always stay ahead of the competition and can offer your clients and candidates genuine and unique insights in the market
* Assist in marketing your division's market reach, skill and experience to service new clients, including activities on social media, job boards, and industry groups.

To be successful in this role you will have;



* A minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience
* Proven track record of achievement within a 360-recruitment environment
* An ethical and honest recruiter that delivers exceptional customer service and is able to secure repeat business from clients.
* Open to continuous development and always keen to learn and improve
