An exciting growth opportunity exists for a Strategic Relationship Manager to join our Risesmart team in New Zealand. As the Strategic Relationship Manager you will give subject matter expertise, advice and product insights to clients across the areas of change and transformation, career transition and mature age workforce solutions. This is a dynamic customer facing role, responsible for driving new business whilst consistently growing existing accounts.

You will collaborate closely with the broader senior Risesmart team as well as the wider Randstad business to leverage sales opportunities and further develop RiseSmart's brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Strong focus on new business development
  • Development and execution of a sales plan in line with the ANZ Sales Strategy
  • Building repeat business with a portfolio of clients
  • Proactive approach to establishing and maximising internal client relationships
  • Consistent networking plan focused on building a strong brand within the New Zealand market

What you will need to succeed

  • Self-motivated, sales focused and self-directed.
  • Proven experience in business development and account growth.
  • Passionate, with the ability to design a successful, fit for purpose transition solutions that will meet
    client outcomes and requirements.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Experienced in scoping, executing and driving large scale projects.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required with the ability to work remotely.
