about the role
Full time 12 month fixed term contract based in Wellington Central where you will be supporting the CEO and Board.
Skills and experience we are looking for are:
- Recent PA / EA experience at senior executive level or recently have held a Board Secretary role
- Comfortable with minute taking, coordinating meetings and events, and managing budgets
- Knowledge of Board governance operations administration, procedures and compliance requirements
- Providing administrative assistance such as travel and accommodation arrangements, invoices and reconciliations.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders
As there is a requirement to travel to and attend meetings in their Canberra and Sydney offices, you will need to hold a valid passport.
