What's does the role involve:
- Manage new customer enquiries via inbound calls, virtual meetings and emails.
- Identify customer requirements and provide tailored proposals for customers that maximise value.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and book appointments for high value leads.
- Accurately capture customer and sales data using internal systems.
- Ensure onboarding guidelines are explained effectively to new customers, including payment and information provision.
- Cross-sell and upsell new products as they become available to maximise lead generation across the business.
What we are looking for:
- Previous sales and/or financial/banking experience. Ideally in a B2B or phone/door to door sales role.
- A confident communicator with proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills.
This is a full time office based role in Lower Hutt working Monday - Friday, 9-5. 2 days WFH after 3 months with the team.
You must be in New Zealand and have a valid work visa.
