The Payroll Administrator and HR Support person plays a key role in maintaining a good working
relationship between employees and the Company by;

- Ensuring the weekly payroll is completed accurately and on time
- Liaising with employees in respect to questions about their pay
- Ensures the IMS Payroll system is kept current with employee information
- Ensures TimeFiler is recording accurate scan times to integrate into payroll
- Ensures employees are paid correctly
- Ensures personnel files are kept current
- Liaising with the HR Manager to ensure employment law requirements are met
- Other duties as required by the Manager to support the office
About you:
- Proven payroll experience
- Honest and reliable
- Confidentiality at all times
- High accuracy with numbers and calculations
- Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel
- Proficiency in IMS Payroll and/or TimeFiler (highly desirable)
- Customer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive approach
- Initiative to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- A team player
