• Ensuring the weekly payroll is completed accurately and on time
• Liaising with employees in respect to questions about their pay
• Ensures the IMS Payroll system is kept current with employee information
• Ensures TimeFiler is recording accurate scan times to integrate into payroll
• Ensures employees are paid correctly
• Ensures personnel files are kept current
• Liaising with the HR Manager to ensure employment law requirements are met
• Other duties as required by the Manager to support the office

• Proven payroll experience
• Honest and reliable
• Confidentiality at all times
• High accuracy with numbers and calculations
• Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel
• Proficiency in IMS Payroll and/or TimeFiler (highly desirable)
