      We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join this large Government organisation on their Agile Transformation journey. The organisation is looking for an experienced agile coach to work at portfolio level to help Portfolio management improve their Portfolios towards their maturity goals. Engage in proactively identifying fiscal risk and advise Senior Leadership where appropriate.Raise capability of managers and staff on the service line’s planning, accounting systems and processes.Ensure the executive committee is provided with quality information through research and analysis of historical, current and projected financial data for use in planning, reporting and operational management decision making.Drive the development and management of the Service line’s operational planning and costing system through collaborating with the internal teams with a view to improve reporting and user requirements.Analyse business units financial and non-financial indicators and how change will affect business performance factors while undertaking projects that drive improving efficiencies and ensuring BU’s spend within allocation.
